New way of downloading high resolution graphic is absolutely horrible

Why do you now have to click 4 or 5 times, going through various pro license obtain screens before you can download your image? Already obtained pro license numerous times and still have to go through all these screens every time

Hello,

once you obtained the Pro License you can see it in your licenses page. You don't need to click 4 or 5 times to create a new Pro License to download the same image.

Agreed it is not as easy as it used to be. It was very user friendly before and now is a very long process. Why change something that was fine to start with?

Alex that would be fine if it were true - unfortunately every time I download the image I have to go through the process again - Much more time consuming and worked perfectly before

I'll try to explain it in details. It is not just clicks.
Since recently you need to purchase / obtain Pro License per word cloud image to get high quality image and the rights to use it commercially. E.g. now the process is the following:

1) You create a word cloud
2) Once it is finalized and you want to sell it commercially you switch to Download and Share section and click Purchase / Obtain Pro License
3) Then Pro License is created which should be bought by paying $5.95 or using a License Pack

All Premium users have been granted with License Packs with unlimited amount of Pro Licenses to purchase which is basically what they paid for. Once Premium / License Pack expires you will pay per Pro License.

Thus it is not supposed that you click on "Purchase / Obtain Pro License" every minute. You do it only once when your word cloud is ready to be sold.

Alex I have over 300 clouds and for instance I may use one cloud template 20 or 30 times a day, or numerous clouds 50 times a day or more does this mean I have to pay each time I change the words on a cloud ? or does each licence give you unlimited usage for that particular cloud ?

@moggers11,

does this mean I have to pay each time I change the words on a cloud
No it doesn't you need to pay via each final image you are going to sell. Use 1MP PNG download for trials and once your word cloud is ready download high resolution or vector format.

does each licence give you unlimited usage for that particular cloud ?
No. The license gives you royalty free rights to use that particular image commercially in high resolution.

So basically your saying you dont get unlimited use out of each cloud? so if i want to print 50 different clouds a day i will have to pay for 50 licences is that what you are saying ?
So if I want to print off 300 different clouds per week it will cost me 300 licences per week is that correct?
What is the purpose of those prints? If they are for sale then yes. If they are not for sale then why would you need high-res? Isn't 1MP enough?

I really appreciate your feedback. I really want to understand where exactly the new mechanism doesn't work for you.
