New way of downloading high resolution graphic is absolutely horrible

Each cloud I have I sell, my customers give me their words to use, so I may use each cloud unlimited times per day, probably like the majority of your customers, the new system wont work for me as I wont be able to afford it, I only sell them for a small amount with not much profit as it is, I would not mind paying for 300 clouds for the year provided they came with unlimited download usage but to have to pay for each download is shocking really and I really hope it doesn't backfire on you, I will have to look elsewhere when my subscription ends which is a shame really

I agree with moggers. Say if a customer changes their mind and wants to change something then you have to buy a whole new licence which would mean you wouldn't make any profit and would make a loss as the licences are so expensive per high res file.

Yes I agree with moggers and allthatjazz the clouds are sold at a low price and at these new prices they will not be sustainable, such a shame as the software is very good

The new mechanism doesnt work for us because you sold us a decent value package the last year and now you expect us to pay per download? Which would cost us 40x $5 per DAY?

I am sure us and many others will be migrating accross to another word art software that doesnt con its loyal customers.

my husband licenses photoshop and light room pro together for £9.95 per month for a premium software. it would seem reasonable for any licence to be of comparable price.

Hi Alex, I am in the same situation, selling personalized prints for not a lot of profit. Your new pricing system would put me and others out of business. I love your software and have been a loyal customer for over a year. I do not understand who the new pricing is aimed at but it is definitely not people like me. Perhaps it is aimed at the bigger companies that may purchase a couple of images and make thousands of pounds profit. In reality, we are using your software and cloud space to create our own designs from scratch and are being charged for this and then charged again to make any changes to our own creations. I notice you have asked moggers12 to make you an offer for a yearly unlimited license. Perhaps you could offer this price to the rest of us as this is something I think a lot of your loyal customers would be interested in too. I am more than happy to pay more for an unlimited license, Macy

Taking offers individually also seems unfair as one person will pay far more than someone else

Why not just put the price up using the RPI (retail price index) plus say 10% if you really need to?
