New way of downloading high resolution graphic is absolutely horrible

Really thank you to all of you. Now it is clear to me that the new pricing doesn't work for many of Tagul loyal customers and we have to change it. Here what we've come up with:

4 Plans:

Lite - up to 10 hi-res / vector downloads for $9 monthly / $99 yearly
Basic - up to 50 hi-res / vector downloads for $29 monthly / $299 yearly
Pro - up to 100 hi-res / vector downloads for $49 monthly / $499 yearly
Unlimited - unlimited hi-res / vector downloads for $89 monthly / $899 yearly

Please let me know what you think.

Hi,

I am in the same boat as everyone else and the new pricing structure just isn't financially viable for me and my small business.

Can I ask that subscription fees are discussed on this post rather than on individual emails as that would be fairer to everyone. There should be one fee for all customers. It would be good if you can suggest a fee for 12 months and 6 months or quarterly etc.

I would also appreciate a speedy response to this so that I have time to source new software if need be.

Thanks
Kirsty

There will be the one same pricing for everybody. I asked for quotes just to figure out what amounts are acceptable.

a 1000% price increase? You have no idea what you are doing - we will be off come the end of our license with you if this is seriously what you are suggesting - nearly every single word art print/item seller on eBay, Amazon and their own websites use tagul, but I know, being one of them, that the mark up on the items we all sell is VERY slim. If the prices go up 1000% percent it will force people either out of business or to another supplier

Simple as that. Madness.

Hi, personally I feel that jumping from $27 for 3 months ($8.96 a month) to $89 for a month is still not financially viable for small businesses. It's too big a jump in my opinion…

Hi your well off the mark, there are other similar websites with an annual fee of $200 for unlimited downloads, $15-$20 per month would be a more realistic price for unlimited.
Why not charge the one off/personal users $5 but you need to more realistic with your loyal monthly/annual subscribers

Personally Alex I would agree to pay the $89 per month as it only works out at around £12.50 per week, yes I know it is a big jump but for me for this level of software I am quite happy to pay just over a tenner a week to keep my business afloat

Hi Alex. I still think the above suggested 4 plans are way too expensive for a lot of your loyal customers and will also disgruntle your customers who use your site the most. $45 for 6 months and unlimited high red which I paid last time was good value. Maybe increase this by 10-20% as suggested above? Charging for each high res file is going to cause problems in my opinion. Many thanks for listening to your customers and taking our comments into account.

I think it depends on how many you sell and how much for. Some of us don't rely on word art designs only so $89 would be way too much of an increase. I think it's safe to say the majority think this is too high
