PayPal not working?

Seem unable to upgrade to premium as PayPal not accepting payments at the moment? Any ideas?

Wanted to start using Tagul as our subscription with our last service expired and we liked the design on here, so would love some help so we can get a years premium service.

Basically PayPal is working but sometimes it doesn't allow some users to pay to whatever reason. I suggest you to use a workaround. Choose Debit/Credit card option, fill the form and at the last step (where card credentials are entered) switch to PayPal tab. That is another way to pay via PayPal.
