Or if not, can you point me the right direction how I can achieve this? Was messing around in MS Word/Illustrator but cant get the right shape. Many thanks

I want to be able to align my phrases perfectly and use different size fonts (just like standard word art) and repeat each phrase once only - if so, how do I do this? I managed to place it into the word list (where it appeared) but when visualized, only squares appear instead of the image (i did change font to the one required). Any idea how I can get this emoji/icon to appear please? Hope this makes sense.

Wonder if you can help

emsocreations Member	Hey We have been in the same boat - nothing working since yesterday afternoon - that's over 12 hours ago!! Now, we understand that things can go wrong, but no communication whatsoever as in what is going on in that time - just poor!! Especially when paid $299 for something we can't use without explanation and waited patiently up until now. Now - excuse our frustration- but just had to cancel a few huge orders which had to be posted this morning - not only costing us money for your price plan, but now lost earnings as well!!! Could you please update ASAP THANKS

Hey We have been in the same boat - nothing working since yesterday afternoon - that's over 12 hours ago!! Now, we understand that things can go wrong, but no communication whatsoever as in what is going on in that time - just poor!! Especially when paid $299 for something we can't use without explanation and waited patiently up until now. Now - excuse our frustration- but just had to cancel a few huge orders which had to be posted this morning - not only costing us money for your price plan, but now lost earnings as well!!! Could you please update ASAP THANKS

emsocreations Member	Hi Alex Many thanks - I was working with one of our word clouds yesterday (Swimmer - created ages ago) and it did have the shadow behind it but I was able to adjust the transparency. On another cloud (Ladybird) - again yesterday - it had shadow as well but the transparency function was locked. After your reply I have checked these two word clouds and they both appear locked now (although Swimmer wasn't yesterday) and without any shadows. Thank you for your help in this one

Many thanks - I was working with one of our word clouds yesterday (Swimmer - created ages ago) and it did have the shadow behind it but I was able to adjust the transparency. emsocreations Member	Sorry Alex Another issue - I have noticed that our clouds appear to have a "glow" or background shadow behind the words. Now, I figured that I need to adjust the transparency setting, however in a large number of our saved word clouds this setting appears to be "locked" - I mean, it will not highlight and I can not move the preset 0.07 setting to zero. Again, it is not on all clouds. We have never had this "glow" present before and I can not figure out how to Change it to zero on the clouds where it does not highlight. I hope this all makes sense

emsocreations Member	Hi Alex We have been trying to fix the colour issue for this past week - any image sent to us by our customers (picture)prints (from Illustrator) and presses perfectly, with true colours, onto the items. As soon as we create word cloud on tagul, download it and transfer it onto AI (illustrator), these come out faded (basically black colours come out brown/grey; turquoise colour comes out green and so on?). We have tried downloading different formats, but having the same problem. I fail to understand why there is no problem with colouring of normal images, however images downloaded from tagul print awful - surely thats not an issue with calibration (as we have done that)- is there maybe different setting for colour, or for illustrator that needs to be adjusted? We have been using this for over a year, and its only since July, from our licence renual, that we are having this problem (we have not changed anything in terms of software/hardware/paper/printer/ink - all are the same)
