| Hi Alex, I have managed to sort out the funny glow/background behind the text by moving the transparency from 0.7 to 0. The other thing ive noticed is that I have 2 outlines, I haven't had this before but it has happened recently. If you look at Hayley Cohen design against Claire Flint - it is exactly the same design but Claire Flint has 2 outlines and this is not what I want. Can you please take a look. Thank you | |

I use the software to design for customers but I may not get any orders for a couple of months and then get 20 in another month, there is no telling when the orders come so I will have to do the pay per design which works out fairly expensively (I have had to put my prices up to cover this and may now have outpriced myself out of business as there are lots of people out there not buying commercial licenses and selling them really cheaply.)Paying per month is a def no for me as I would be literally throwing my money away. I think it would work if you took off the time limit, so charge for a group of 10, 20, 30, etc etc but to be used in any time frame and then once you've used all your 10 up for example then purchase another 10 or 20. For small business like myself and there are lots of us, this would be a much better option. I do hope you will think about it but do appreciate you are running a business too. I much prefer your programme to anyone else's and I have been and had a look at them all tonight and would like to stay but I will have to see how it goes I think. |

Hi i have been trying to do some designs on and off all day 13/1/15 and when i got home from work at 12.30am on 14/1/15 and its not working. When you go to process the design, the little box pops up as it always does but that is all. I really need this to work by tomorrow as i have a design i must do by lunchtime. Can you please look into it. Thank you |
