davfin Member	Hi Alex, Thanks again for your help yesterday much appreciated, i think what Macy1969 suggested about informing us you are going to make changes would be very helpful as you know some of us download 1000s of words clouds so we have a high expectation of shape quality and more importantly our customers are used to a high quality shape/product so when things change we notice the differences and so would our customers and they are who feed us all including yourself, so informing some or all users of changes and asking for feedback before you set changes in stone may be a good idea Thanks Again

davfin Member	Hi Alex, Forgot to mention as soon as you touch the define amount of words slider it automatically spins the visualizer, which it also was not doing yesterday

davfin Member	Hi Alex have saved a poor shape its saved as "word cloud poor shape", regarding the freezing it done it on both computers and 1 is only 4 month old running on Windows 10, Intel® Core™ i5-7300HQ processor, RAM: 8 GB / Storage: 1 TB HDD & 128 GB SSD also the visualising is very slow compared to before yesterday when we first started using your software we were using around 170 words to create a shape this has steadily increased to nearly double that over the last couple of year to produce a sellable item , appreciate some help as its taking far to long to get a shape we can work with

davfin Member	Same here Alex messaged you a few hours ago shapes we have been using for years are turning out poor shape, visualizing is freezing having to shut down and reopen your site, we do the same shapes, colours, word amounts day-in day-out so the problem is at your side, please advise ASAP

davfin Member	@wookeywarn, Someone mentioned in a previous posting that non subscribers are stealing the free 1MP and selling them for $1-2 and are selling 100s then it is to all our advantages to weed them out and stop them being able to download them, if they can not supply cheap clouds there customers if they want a cloud will have to use 1 of us (Tagul subscribers) which should stop the $1-2 prices. I am sure Alex will come up with a solution

@wookeywarn, Someone mentioned in a previous posting that non subscribers are stealing the free 1MP and selling them for $1-2 and are selling 100s then it is to all our advantages to weed them out and stop them being able to download them, if they can not supply cheap clouds there customers if they want a cloud will have to use 1 of us (Tagul subscribers) which should stop the $1-2 prices. I am sure Alex will come up with a solution

davfin Member	If non subscribers are abusing the free 1MP then allow only subscribers access, this will stop these sellers selling at ridiculous prices and should generate more business for all of us, then the price increases would be more justifiable to all

Maybe we should all increase our prices a little, the problem is people doing it for "extra cash" are willing to make 50 cent profits so hopefully these increases from Alex will stop them from selling at a ridiculous/devaluing price.
