Can someone straighten something out? I thought I was downloading high quality vector files after paying for a subscription. When I try to upload the eps word cloud to an online T-shirt template I get an error message saying I am using a raster file. Am I doing something wrong or missing something here?  Loretta |

I just paid for a one month subscription and downloaded my first image. An eps. I want a transparent background around my shape just like the free low equality images I have downloaded. I filled a black shape with words. When downloaded, the eps has my shape in a white box. Also, the edges of my black shape are ragged. How do I avoid this? edit: I just downloaded the free png version, the svg and eps version of the same word cloud. The background is transparent behind my black shape ONLY in the free png. The svg and eps version have my black shape on a white background.

Hello Alex, I tried this method and it is not working. When I visualize, the cloud comes up with the one word as black with transparent background. It will not make a cloud shape without a word in it. |

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to change the color of a shape. The Tagul text balloon I want to use is blue. I need a solid black text balloon. Thanks. |

Hello, I discovered Tagul and I love it! I am practicing making clouds and downloading the free png's to play around with in designs I am working on. I plan to buy a month subscription. When I do this, will the clouds that I have created using the free version be available for High quality commercial use downloads or will I have to start all over. Is there any way to rename the clouds within Tagul, instead of them having the names Word Cloud 1, word Cloud 2, etc. How many Word Clouds can I create using the free download program?
