Alex, How come the 3 month plan has increased in price again, yep a couple of cents maybe but with a large number of people paying that couple of cents more, that adds up quite quickly! So its cheaper to buy monthly plans…… and even cheaper to buy the year yep I know you have said before but if I had a spare 300 bucks I can think of better uses for it.

I click to download my image, but just get the downloading please wait window. Anyone else? Super frustrating. Done the usual restart pc etc so don't think the problem is my end.

As a long term user of Tagul, just recently have noticed that when I set word size and visualize the words aren't sorting to size order as they once did. I have selected 'use size column from words table' And I start with default size to 1 and visualise but then I may want to pick out a couple of words from the list and have them for example sized at 4. When I hit visualize again those chosen size words would rise to the top of the word list, this isn't happening anymore. I use that a lot when creating my word art and it is a pain not to have it anymore. I have tried in both Chrome and Microsoft edge and internet explorer and it is the same across all three browsers. Why did you remove this option please? |

My goodness me I am actually shocked by the huge price hike! I have been using Tagul now for almost two years and the prices have rocketed considerably in that time. I usually go with the 300 HQ downloads/$57.99 for 3 months which is just about affordable,I don't reach the limit of 300 usually coming in under that. But to renew in March I would have to choose Unlimited plan at $89.99 WTF! I don't want or need unlimited!!!!!! So one month is $29.99 so if I buy that for 3 months = $89.97 or I can buy the 3 months for $89.99 very generous of you to charge 2 cents more! I definitely can't afford to fork out nearly 300 dollars for a year in one hit either!!!! Seems as Tagul has become more popular greed seems to be overtaking!!!! To treat loyal customers in this way is simply shameful.
