Problem paying for premium membership through paypal

Hi

I am trying to pay for 6 months premium membership through paypal, but I am getting the following error message.

"Return to merchant and try a different payment method

We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."

I have funds in my account and have been able to pay for other items through my account today.

Is there a problem you are aware about?

On premium page choose "Debit/Credit card option", fill the form and in the last section (where card details are entered) click on the PayPal tab. It is another way to pay via PayPal that should work.

also having the same problem will give the debit/credit card option a go.
