Grab and Share Not Working

Hi I am quite new but have been getting to grips with the site. For some reason the 'grab and share' has stopped working. Just before it stopped working a little box came up to allow something and I said no (I wasn't 100% sure what it was, I've been plagued with all sorts of problems with my laptop so I am super careful ) I think I should have said yes. Any ideas how to stare the grab and share working again? Many thanks Sheila |
