.eps and .svg => unknown without file extensions

When I try to save my word cloud I get files named "unknown" without file extension.

Do you use Safari?
If yes could you please try Google Chrome?

I am having this same issue - vector files are saving as "Unknown", and un-openable in Adobe Illustrator.

Hi Jennifer,

1) Try renaming "Unknown" file to "cloud.eps" (or "cloud.svg") and then open it in Adobe Illustrator
2) Try exporting EPS/SVG files in Google Chrome

I just added the extension of .png & it (surprisengly!) worked
