| You can download your word cloud image in the "Download and Share" section. Just click on the button corresponding to the preferred format. Please note that you have to purchase a Tagul pricing plan to be able to download in high quality (HQ) formats. | |

| Melanie.Hügel You can try another browser like Chrome or Firefox. Please note that if you don't change your word clouds then all the successive downloads in the same or different formats won't be counted. If it comes out that they got counted, please contact support and advise the wasted downloads amount, so I could replenish your pricing plan. | |
