Problems downloading a large png or a vector image

Hi I am registered to use the free version of Tagul. I want to download a vector image or a high resolution png but the screen just freezes. I can download a standard png ok. Is this possible with a free account or are these options restricted to paying members? Thanks. Kath |

| You can't download high quality images with free account. To download in HQ you need to purchase one of Tagul pricing plans. | |

NEVER MIND> FOUND IT!!! Didn't scroll down far enough  I have purchased the unlimited HQ downloads plan. How do I download my cloud as a vector file? I only seem to be able to select print. Thanks. |

| You can download your word cloud image in SVG / EPS vector formats in the "Download and Share" section. | |
