32mp download cutting off end of image

Hi there I have noticed when downloading some of my word clouds in a 32mp format the left hand side or bottom of them are being cut off - if I try and download again then it does the same. I have to download them in 16mp or standard to get the whole image. Not only is this using up my download allowance but its frustrating. Could you take a look? I can send you an example if you need to. Many thanks |

Hi, that is caused by the limitation of your browser. Could you please try Firefox or Chrome? If you don't change your word cloud all additional HQ downloads are not counted. |

| I am having the same issue. I am using firefox 46.0.1 and I am trying to download the 32 MP PNG image. My cloud is also getting cut off | |
