Problems with Custom shape: recommendable size

Hi, I'm uploading my own shape (a number 60) but when I check it on the "visualize" window, its borders are cut. Is it because my shape is too big? I have tried several shapes, several sizes and several formats (jpg, png) Even a size 595x842 is not displayed as the original image. I wonder anyway what's the maximum size supported for custom shapes? Thanks in advance for your answer. |

| I don't see that anything is wrong with your word cloud. I guess you uploaded the custom image with the empty margins and wondered why it was removed. It is done automatically, but I don't see any problem there. Just download your word cloud in PNG format and modify the margins in any image editor. | |

| I also am having problems with my custom images edges being cut. I have tried resizing, etc. Sometimes it would happen only after I adjusted the shape's settings after uploading (e.g., edges). I have been working with this program for months and have never had this happen before. | |
