Custom images scrambled in edit mode

Hi Alex, this new feature is causing me further problems. When I am using edit mode in normal or large the image is scrambled and I can not work with it properly. I get what you are saying about reloading custom images but some I have been using for a long time and no longer have the original. Is there to be a further update or is this just how it is now?

Hi Alex, it is test2230816. This is another custom image, one I no longer have the original of. When I edit it takes on a different shape and I am also trying to move the text at the bottom and having difficulty I am thinking because it is not in the image shape? Can't we go back to the way it was? Is this new feature a popular request?

Hi - I totally agree with MACY1969 - I'm having a nightmare of a day, a task which would normally take me 10 minutes is taking me over an hour! I edit saved shapes with different words but they are coming back all mixed up in different shapes. Please can we have the option of going back? |

| Could you have a look at a image of mine called 'Silver Anniversary Heart' - It used to be large and I would just go in and edit various words, dates and names etc. Now when I visualise the original heart goes very small and my amendments are very large - but I cant't do anything at all with it to make it look OK. I have over about a 100 different clouds saved so I don't have time to play about them. Please help? | |

Hi Alex, all seems fine now, thank you. I can position text where I want it. The distorted image when editing large seems fine too now. If it happens on another cloud I will let you know but all good with this one

Eventually - I managed to edit it in a tiny picture and saved in but I have now got to print my picture and it is in landscape and I cant't move it to portrait. The heart is side ways. Please can you advise? Janet. |

I think we fixed the issue with small word cloud displayed. You don't need to re-upload your custom images anymore. janet hanson First of all since the fix has been just released could you please reload your word cloud and try again? If it still doesn't work please let me know. |
