There is a easy way to do this.
hold down the ALT key keep it pressed
the press the +KEY and number 3
this will produce a Heart
mess about with the numbers you can get heart, spades, diamond, clubs as on decks of cards, other keys produce other effects.

the font size is not working again we had this issue before and you fixed it and all was well. now when i put the size up the fonts are staying small

Firefox, find the options tab should be top left click it then highlight the box Always ask me where to save files. this will fix it.

GoogleChrome. Go in to settings, then click advanced settings, Scroll down a bit and click the box that says.
Ask where to save each file before downloading

internet explore. I am unsure how to do it as i dont use it.
but the sample principle will apply

i had this problem but sorted it out. you have to go in to your internet browser option and you download location and set it to always ask me. the default folder with the browser will be downloads. hope this helps

Hi alex ive sorted the saving of the files and i am now happy. just still trying the placement of words it just not the same as before

could you not put a link on the page for the old version maybe just for a few weeks already i am finding issues the placement of words i put the size of a word up to 50 and it never change it was the biggest word before it would center its self in the middle now its all over the place

when i used to save my other files i could do this to a folder on my computer but now i cant seem to find how to save it to a location i would like

Thank you for the reply. with a few ideas i have seen on here and the one i have suggested. if this was a program that you could download and install to computer i would think about purchasing something like this if it was in the range of £29.99 to £49.99. you could make it only valid for 1year and then we buy a update.

just a idea and i do not know if this would be possible. when we visulize our cloud would it be possible to move the mouse pointer over a word we want to move and drag and drop this to another place within the cloud. i hope you get what i an trying to say. thank you and this program is just wonderful if it ever came out as a program to download and install with some other features i would be one of the first inline to buy it
