"Error loading cloud" message

Just created an account today, and loving what Tagul can do, but when I save my cloud and try to re-open it get a Error Loading Cloud message. I've tried on Chrome for Mac (version 35) as well as Safari 7.0.4. Logged out and back in, forced a reload of the page -- none of that is working.

My clouds are named AI Book and AI Book 2 (thought if I tried it twice maybe it would work the second time).
